Signed to SJW entertainment, our spotlight artiste for the week is no other person but the talented rapper, singer and songwriters, Acebergtm. born in lagos and named Ikechuwku Okoronkwo. He grew up listening to hip-hop and rap genre, with Wyclef Jean being is main artiste of inspiration. He was also inspired by the likes of J.Cole, Burna boy and Drake. He says their style of music, lyrics served as motivation to his craft.

According to Acebergtm, music was his only escape from peer pressure and other vices from the society. He always took out time to write and evolve.

He got signed to sir Justin worldwide (SJW) entertainment in 2020, which marked the beginning of a promising career for the artiste. He got opportune to learn and understand music from label mates such as Victor AD and peruzzi who were already.

His first single off the label “HEART BREAKER” was released July, 2020, and gained over 7 million streams across all digital streaming platforms.

2021, he went on to put out a new hit single “DANCA” which happened to be the lead single of his debut EP “FAR FROM HOME”. The song received amazing support nationwide. His EP which contained 6 tracks and a single feature from Mstruff, was later released in April, 2021.

Acebergtm has gone on to work with producers such as Kel P, Phantom, Tempoe and a host of other. His recent collaboration is “READY” with Peruzzi. Which is doing amazingly well.
