Akintomide John Opeoluwa, professionally known as
PhanxxSungChild is an indigene of Osun State, but had his up bringing In Lagos, Nigeria where he studied Criminology & Security Studies.
PhanxxSungChild started music professionally in 2019. Ever since, he has amassed an impressive discography as he has released over 20 singles, and 3 albums. He has also been featured on magazines worldwide.
He released his Debut project, Successful, the album (2020), which was inspired by the singer’s desire for success. The project was recorded during the Pandemic , with a follow-up project/EP Arise Everyday (CANTATA 1) that was officially released on the 25th of November, 2021.
Phanxxsungchild ventured into music because of his love for the art. He was influenced by Icons like Tuface Idibia, Wande Coal, Kanye West, Fela, Kuti, Akon, Nas, Sound Sultan, Wyclef Jean, Usher, Mary. J. Blige, Bob Marley, and Jay-z.
He has recorded several tracks with a host of music producers and sound engineers , including Focus Ramon, Makstib, Pjbeatz, Kofibeatz, Bunny6one9, Da Bunja, Oxygen Mix, Big Diddo, Spyrtmyx, and a couple of other creatives.
